1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to No Limits Nation. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) and No Limits Nation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website, digital programs (including the Anxiety Freedom Program), coaching services, community platforms, and content (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must strictly prohibit yourself from using our Services.
2. NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH ADVICE
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: No Limits Nation is a performance coaching and educational consultancy. We provide “mechanics” for mindset and strategy.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Neither Coach Mike Basevic, the Company, nor its staff are acting in the capacity of doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, or licensed mental health therapists. Participation in our programs does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.
Educational Purpose Only: All content, including strategies for “deleting the glitch,” “logic reset protocols,” and “state of being audits,” is for educational and informational purposes only. It is intended for high-functioning individuals seeking performance optimization.
Medical Conditions: Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing severe anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other mental or physical health condition, you must seek the advice of a qualified health provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in our materials.
3. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS
You recognize that the Company cannot and does not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific results, earnings, business growth, or personal health outcomes.
Performance: Success in our programs is dependent on your own background, dedication, desire, and motivation. We provide the system; you are responsible for the execution.
Testimonials: Any testimonials or examples of results shown on our website or in our marketing materials are exceptional results and do not apply to the average person. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to:
Video and audio modules (e.g., The 8-Module Anxiety Freedom System).
Worksheets, PDFs, and proprietary frameworks (e.g., “The Commitment Triangle,” “The Morning Formula”).
The “No Limits Nation” brand and logo.
License to Use: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our digital products for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login credentials, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
5. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
Investment: You agree to pay the fees for the Services as listed on our checkout pages. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Digital Products (No Refunds): Due to the immediate, digital nature of our programs (instant access to proprietary intellectual property), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or “cooling-off” periods once access credentials have been generated.
Payment Plans: If you elect a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for all subsequent installments. You are responsible for the full value of the purchase. Failure to pay may result in immediate revocation of access and potential collections action.
6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (“THE WINNERS ROOM”)
Access to our private communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, Skool, Circle) is a privilege. To maintain a high-performance environment, you agree to:
Maintain confidentiality regarding other members’ shares.
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or bullying.
Avoid soliciting or pitching your own services to other members.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to remove any member from the community without refund if they violate these standards or disrupt the learning environment.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Vimeo, Facebook, payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Limits Nation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
Any content obtained from the Services.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless No Limits Nation and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
